Don Mutton, chairman of the Leadership 2000 PLUS Board of Directors announces the selection of the Fall Leadership 2000 PLUS class participants.  The group had an opening retreat and orientation at Elm Mills, Tuesday, Sept. 16.  Topics at the first session included team building activities, how we learn and the 40 assets to name a few.

Future sessions will include leadership skills and capacities such as Collaboration, Consensus, and Facilitation.  Later sessions will feature Community Awareness issues and the class will be touring several area businesses.
 
This Fall class will also travel to Topeka next Spring with the Winter session to visit the legislature and take part in other activities.  Announcement of their special class project will come as their year concludes. A winter session will begin in January.
