1998-99

The Pratt Area Chamber of Commerce is committed to fulfilling its mission "to initiate, support and advance economic, civic, and cultural growth, enhancing the quality of life in the Pratt area."

Targets

• Business Development - In cooperation with the Pratt Area Economic Development Corp., the City and the County, the Chamber will focus on business growth and development to establish Pratt as a quality business center in South Central Kansas.
• Facilitator - Be Proactive in addressing issues that will affect the community, takes the role of bringing the necessary people together for dialogue and solutions when necessary.
• Leadership - Identify and help develop leaders in the area.
• Internal - Provide a strong organization that is financially sound and representative of the Pratt Area Business Community.
• Community Relations - Through available resources, assist and support events that promote good will.

1997-2000

The Pratt Area Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the Pratt Area Economic Development Corp. will assess the needs of the business community and enhance communication of resource information to business. In cooperation with the Economic Development Corp. and the City Tourism Committee, market businesses and the community using all available resources, especially new technology to attract people and businesses.
